Returns Information:
Our customer service team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns. If you received a damaged product or a wrong product is received, directions are provided below on how to proceed with returns. Only products purchased on https://www.kleangypsy.com can be returned.
- We only accept returns or replacements in case of product damage during shipping or any other genuine case (the final decision regarding the return will be taken by us, once we verify the product).
- We request you to please reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of delivery of said order.
- Please keep sufficient proof like unboxing video and photos which are clearly visible to be shared with us in case of damaged product received.
- Once your returned products are verified by us, the amount of your order will be refunded to you within 7 business days.

Shipping :
We offer free shipping on orders above a minimum order value of INR 1,000, and for all orders below the minimum order amount, an additional charge of INR 50 will be applied at the time of checkout. After the placement of your order your package will reach your doorstep in 3-5 business days subject to your area being serviceable by our courier partner.
Cash On Delivery :
No extra charges will be implied on cash-on-delivery orders except for shipping fees. Before processing your COD (cash on delivery) order further, we will call you or WhatsApp to confirm the order you have placed. If we are unable to get in touch with you within 8 days from the date of placement of order, your order will automatically get cancelled.
